Built Bars were wherever I looked! But I couldn’t trust excellent marketing alone, so I tried them. So, Mary and I each got an 18-pack of their top 9 flavours to see what all the fuss was about. So, you don’t have to! Let’s dig into our entire Built Bar Flavors review…

This time, a brutally honest review! Today we’re reviewing Built Bar and tasting the top 9 flavors. | Vitality Vixens | Healthy Living

Built Review: 1. Are they fit?

Let’s Start With The Big Questions: Are Built Bars Healthy? Can You Eat Them?

In the review below, I’ll go through #2 in detail, but first some nutrition information.

Built Bar Flavors range from 130-to 180 calories depending on the taste. Each bar has 16-19 g of protein. The typical (sedentary) individual requires 46–56 g of protein per day (1). To be sure, calculate your personal requirements depending on your weight and exercise level.

DRI (Dietary Reference Intake):

The Daily Protein Consumption Is Calculated As Follows: (1)

You must also consider your fat-to-muscle ratio, your workout habits, etc. Honestly, I would go by how you feel rather than internet calculations.

Back to the Built Bar Flavors nutrition facts. Built Bars include 4-5 g sugar, which is minimal compared to other options. 6 g fiber per bar.

Do They Taste Good?

If you wish to taste any of these flavors, we offer a Built Bar Discount Code for you! VITALITYVIXENS = 10% off their website.

Despite the coding, these are all our honest thoughts. We won’t promote anything we don’t really enjoy, so if any of these tastes stink, we’ll be the first to say so.

We both ordered the mixed box to taste a variety of flavours, but you can also buy them separately. It’s all up to you!

I’ll compare the texture, taste, and satisfaction of the top nine flavours. Let’s go!

Almond Coco

Oh my… It’s no surprise that I like coconut, but these blew me away! They taste just like almond pleasure (just slightly healthier.)

This is one of, if not my, favorite tastes. I could live on them.

It’s chewy and delicious. I don’t know how they manage it since most protein Built Bar Flavors I’ve tried were chalky and awful. But they are amazing.

These do keep you full… The bar isn’t one of those wimpy protein bars that just keeps you full for 5 minutes. I believe the almonds add to the satiety factor!

Finally…

In conclusion, Built Bar Flavors are some of the greatest protein bars I’ve ever tasted (SOME of the flavors.) But for whatever reason, certain varieties were a flop. (I see you, double chocolate…)

I highly suggest all tastes rated 8/10 or higher. They’re really good, and many of them genuinely taste like the dessert they’re based on.

If you’re new to Built Bar Flavors and wondering what to order, I have suggestions. Try the coconut almond or standard coconut if you prefer coconut. They’re both amazing. Who doesn’t enjoy peanut butter? If you love mint chocolate, try the mint brownie. If you want fruity/chocolatey, try the raspberry or cherry Barcia.

I will never purchase double chocolate or cookies & cream again. Not for me. Maybe you’ll like them! Other people liked such tastes, so even though I didn’t like them, others did.

Get the mixed package (as we did) to test out a variety of Built Bar Flavors and find your particular preferences. If you don’t like one, you may simply give the second bar to someone else (and not waste money!).
