His ability, competence, integrity, and professional skills highly desire in today’s business management field. CCPC Global is a certification body, that certifies qualified individuals who work as professional managers. Certified Professional Manager (CPM).
Certificates award to professional managers who meet the “organization criteria” established by the CCPC Review Board. The application gives the applicant the opportunity to demonstrate skills, knowledge, and abilities as a manager.
General conditions
Applicants must have experience equivalent to 4000 hours of full-time management work in addition to the placement of the work.
A Business Administration degree requires or a general degree with additional education related to the knowledge base and skills related to the Professional Manager Core Competencies. All courses document with a copy.
The purpose of the audit
The purpose of certification for Professional Directors is to recognize those who have acquired training, skills, work experience, and success as professional Directors.
Certified Professional Manager(CPM) will be awarded to those who apply and are approved by the CCPC Examining Board.

To give confidence to the public and their employers that professional managers have achieved an acceptable level of competence.
Provides encouragement and opportunities for Certified Managers in continuing education and professional development.
Who can be confirmed?
Anyone can apply for a Certified Professional Manager (CPM) license. However, he must meet the standard educational and experience requirements set by the CCPC Board of Examiners.
Experience required
The CCPC has established the following standards for the Experience portion of the certification process:
Experience defines as supervisory management work working directly with employees.
Formal education or unsupervised work experience is NOT substitute for the requirements. All experiences must be documented.
Applicants must have the equivalent of 4000 hours of full-time management work experience other than placement work.
Education is essential
The CCPC has established the following standards for the education portion of the certification process:
Education is defined as classroom education (workshops, seminars, institutes, service work, and university or college work) in the field of Management. Education must be related to the knowledge base and skills associated with the Core Competencies listed below.

After a person’s certified, they expect to continue attending workshops, seminars, and courses to keep up with new developments and maintain high standards of professional competence in the field of management.
Core Competencies
A number of basic skills require. The CCPC expects these core competencies to be the minimum requirements for certification.
Economics, Information, Communication & Technology, Business Administration, Statistical Methods of Business, Principles of Finance, Marketing Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Advanced Management Methods, People Management/Employee Development, Human Resource Management, Decision-Making management concepts, organizational behavior, operations management, business policy and strategic management, organizational development & change, and leadership skills.
Professional responsibility
Applicants must:
Adhere to a code of ethics and professionalism that holds them accountable for ethical behavior and professionalism in their relationships with clients, colleagues, and partners exterior;
Adhere to federal, state, and agency regulations for corporate governance by following appropriate consumer protection practices.
Establish and maintain a self-assessment program of professional conduct (strengths and weaknesses) using ethical and legal standards; SY
Continue the process of professional growth and development by assessing training needs and obtaining the necessary education.
Professional references
All references are intended to assist the CCPC Review Board in making a fair and comprehensive assessment of the applicant’s skills. All references are treated with professional confidentiality.
They send to CCPC Global and included in the application under the cover of confidentiality. Two current written references should include the following information about the applicant:
How did the applicant demonstrate merit?
Give examples of the applicant’s ability to work with others.
How informed are applicants about the field of Business Management?
Comment on the applicant’s communication skills.
Commentary on the applicant’s ethical (professional) conduct.
The CCPC reserves the right to request additional information if necessary.
Supervisor documentation and evaluation
All applications must be accompanied by a completed Supervisor’s evaluation and a letter from your current supervisor to the employer. The letter should confirm your position title, length of time in the position, and the number of hours of work experience as indicated in the Experience section of the Handbook.
Keep a record of your application
All applicants encourage to maintain a personal file for their records. This file should include copies of the following documents: the completed application; all past and current training-related awards, diplomas, and certificates; and records of hours worked in education, training, and work experience. The CCPC conducts periodic audits of certifications that require continuing education or minimum hours of work.
